"Great location between Publix and the beach. We were able to bike everywhere in no time. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the kitchen was roomy and stocked with a few staples, which was nice. Jason was very responsive. "

"My wife and I came for a four day getaway. We truly felt blessed to be able to stay at this house. The view is breathtaking and the quick access to the beach was amazing. The house was spotless. It had the perfect amount of room and convenience for 2. We had everything we needed. The bed was also very comfortable. Our favorite part of each day was spending our mornings and evenings on the deck, overlooking the Gulf. Dean was kind and responsive. Seaside is a great spot. Even with the crowds of spring break, the house felt quiet and secluded. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again. "

"About as close to perfect as you can get with this adorable cottage on the beach. Pics online are accurate. View and location incredible. Seaside and restaurants were less than 5min walk. Bed and couch comfy. Towels were bright white, soft and plush. Kitchen nicely stocked and organized. No freezer in mini fridge but that wasn't an issue for us. Water pressure in shower is intense, but would rather have that than the alternative. My teen boys (both 6') stayed on the pull out sofa and the other slept on the arm of the sectional. Both fit and both said they were comfortable. Great stay!"

"The place was very clean. The only issue we had was the first night. We didn’t get there till after dark and the instructions said behind the red house. We were walking around in peoples yard with flashlights looking for how to get to the place. After driving around the block we found a driveway between two houses on the main road that went back to this house and 3 others. Instructions should have said down driveway and not just behind red house. "
