"Great location to shopping, pools and beaches "

"The weather wasn’t conducive for laying out by the pool, but the outdoor fireplace kept us warm while lounging poolside, and the heated pool was a necessity!The house location was perfect. It was less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to Seaside Square where we indulged on a variety of foods.Views from the 3rd & 4th floor balconies are spectacular.Amenities were also a plus. The aforementioned walk to the square was a simple 3 minute bike ride for those who preferred not walking.All in all, it was a great experience! "

The home was perfect for us and made our time together feel so easy, comfortable, and special.Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. "About as close to perfect as you can get with this adorable cottage on the beach. Pics online are accurate. View and location incredible. Seaside and restaurants were less than 5min walk. Bed and couch comfy. Towels were bright white, soft and plush. Kitchen nicely stocked and organized. No freezer in mini fridge but that wasn't an issue for us. Water pressure in shower is intense, but would rather have that than the alternative. My teen boys (both 6') stayed on the pull out sofa and the other slept on the arm of the sectional. Both fit and both said they were comfortable. Great stay!"

"The place was very clean. The only issue we had was the first night. We didn’t get there till after dark and the instructions said behind the red house. We were walking around in peoples yard with flashlights looking for how to get to the place. After driving around the block we found a driveway between two houses on the main road that went back to this house and 3 others. Instructions should have said down driveway and not just behind red house. "

"We have traveled to Seaside 1-2 times per year for the last 13 years and this property has been our favorite place so far! The architecture is super interesting and the location to the heart of Seaside was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated access to bikes. The 2 queen mattresses weren't our favorite, but I still give the property 5 stars for all the wonderful features. We'll be back!"
