"Great place to stay on 30A. Close to Seaside with beach access just across the street. The pool was a hit for all the kids after fun in the surf. Lots of toys, chairs, & umbrellas available. The house is well outfitted, plenty of lovely rooms and space to gather or hide away. The only downside is the noise from 30A over Spring Break. If you are looking for a quiet respite close to town and the beach come in the off season. If you’ve got kids who want to be close to everything over their school break this is your spot. All in all the family loved it. The house was clean, well maintained, and the hosts were awesome and available if needed."

"Great location between Publix and the beach. We were able to bike everywhere in no time. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the kitchen was roomy and stocked with a few staples, which was nice. Jason was very responsive. "

From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! "About as close to perfect as you can get with this adorable cottage on the beach. Pics online are accurate. View and location incredible. Seaside and restaurants were less than 5min walk. Bed and couch comfy. Towels were bright white, soft and plush. Kitchen nicely stocked and organized. No freezer in mini fridge but that wasn't an issue for us. Water pressure in shower is intense, but would rather have that than the alternative. My teen boys (both 6') stayed on the pull out sofa and the other slept on the arm of the sectional. Both fit and both said they were comfortable. Great stay!"

"The place was very clean. The only issue we had was the first night. We didn’t get there till after dark and the instructions said behind the red house. We were walking around in peoples yard with flashlights looking for how to get to the place. After driving around the block we found a driveway between two houses on the main road that went back to this house and 3 others. Instructions should have said down driveway and not just behind red house. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sea Thyme. The house was clean and conveniently located to Sea Side and the beach, which was important to us with 2 teenagers we knew would want to hangout with friends in the area. My favorite part of the house was the swimming pool. It is surrounded by a wooded lot that makes it feel so peaceful. I loved reading by the pool while listening to bird song, and the cool water was refreshing after a hot day at the beach."
