“This was an amazing experience we will be back next year!”

“The view and location were amazing. It was quiet. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We did have to drive to get to most places. Thought there would be more within a short walk. There was not a lot of parking available around town. We went to Central Square. Three hours of parking cost us $21.35. There were issues with the condo. Ice maker broken. Two trays that were available were cracked. No kitchen hand soap. Only a very small bottle of dish soap and two small bars for the……

“Great, relaxing environment with a very comfortable bed & good accommodations. Close walk to Grayton Beach and a vibe that harkens back to “the good ol’ days”! The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.”

“I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast options were great. I was there for 6 nights, we were out all day and only were there to sleep and back to the beaches during the day. 2 of nights the housekeeping staff didn't clean our room but Edwardo was very helpful as it was late and he brought clean linens and made up the beds. Also 1 of the 2 elevators went down the last two days of out stay I wouldn't hold that against the hotel just something that happens. Just make sure you request a cleaning at the……

“Overpriced for the location, beach access is tricky and timely, the shower doors don't close and the ice machines don't work and bread service is $9. But a swanky hotel.”

“Everything is close. You ride trams anywhere you want to go . Restaurants, beach, 4 different pools all just a tram ride away. Food was excellent. Spent a lot of time exploring the Village a shopping and restaurant venue on the bay. The only negative thing I have to say is sometimes the Trams take a little while to get to the condos. But you can call and request them. There are a lot of extra amenities like bike riding, kayaking, chair rental at beach .”

“Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!”
