"Amazing property in a great walkable location late into the night. The idea Faith area to stay on your first visit to turkey. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was awesome. "
"Beautiful property. Close to many attractions making it walkable. Also close to the tram and the ferry dock if you want to use public transportation. The room is clean and comfortable and beautiful. "
"We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit. "

"We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time but the hotel front desk attendant assured us to get our room ready as quickly as possible. My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh, delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended."
"Fantastic location in the thick of the historic centre. Helpful and friendly staff, quick to recommend attractions and the best way to go about things. Also got tips on what to avoid and what to watch out for."
"Great service, very helpful staff, and a very convenient location, minutes away from the train and Main Street. It's a five-minute walk to Galata Tower and the many cafes and restaurants in the area. "
"Breakfast was great and included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to major attractions and bazaars. Very quite location. "
"
We had a great experience at the Ajwa hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "
"Stayed for 5 nights together with my 17year-old daughter, first-time sightseeing tour in Istanbul. Wonderful hotel, amazing food, helpful staff, clean, best possible location for sightseeing and public transport...has a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room - all included, our room was quiet, no complains... can certainly recommend as a great family-friendly hotel."
