“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. “Room was neat and tidy. Large enough to accommodate our dog. Tiled floors meant there was not lingering pet smell. There is a small patch of grass at the front of the hotel for dog relief, very helpful. Would stay again.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would like to raise several concerns regarding the poor service and lack of basic standards at this property.
Firstly, the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The way guests were treated was unprofessional and made the overall experience unpleasant from the moment of arrival.
Secondly, none of the facilities were available for use due to ongoing renovations. This information was not disclosed on the website or communicated to guests……

“This tourist park is full of social housing and homeless people sleeping in tents everywhere inside the park and outside the park.
The staff and management are rude and unhelpful, they sit in the kids go carts out side the parks checkin counter, so much for smoke free parks, this lady was seen everytime we drive in or out of the park sitting and smoking. Crazy
The cabin itself was opposite the lake, right in front of our cabin was 3 tents with homeless drug addicts, who was awake all night,……
