「Nice room and friendly staff」

「The building itself is beautiful, a Victorian country house, and set in woodland. There's plenty of parking at the front of the hotel. Inside, it was welcoming and clean. My room was very comfortable, a lovely bed in which I had a fantastic nights sleep. I was happy to be able to open the window and get some fresh air (not like a well known chain that seals windows shut!). The only thing that may disturb your stay is the creaking floorboards, it is an old building after all. They didn't cause...

「What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats.
