「I like the Staybridge Newcastle ... I will be chose it aging when I visit Newcastle.」

「入住服務員態度極差， 房間被鋪好污糟， 酒店早餐品種極少， 酒店在網上聲稱可以提供車位， 到了酒店告知我車位不是他們的結果未能提供車位給我， 要我在外面自己找車位。」

「I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ...

「Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - the full English I felt was a bit small for what I paid but other hot options looked pretty good - would consider that next time and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.」

「Really lovely spot! The rooms are cozy and the food is delish! A little miscommunication with staff but it seems to have worked out okay!」

「房间不配备牙刷拖鞋等，当服务还不错。」

「選擇不多。」

「I had a very late check-in and they put me into one of those access-free rooms…the bathroom was awful.」
