"There is a lot to like about this little cottage, with location and setting being atop the list. The property overlooks the beach; during our late September visit, we just had to step out the door and look to our left for sunrises, and to our right for stunning sunsets. At night you could hear the waves just outside the window. It might be different in summer but the neighborhood was very quiet for our visit. Kitchen and shower worked well; beds were definitely on the hard side. We were disappointed that the grill didn’t work — weather was nice and we had planned our dinners around nightly grilling. The agency sent a repairman who declared it a a long lost cause. Ideally the owner will replace the broken “Home Depot Special” with a better quality grill before next season, but it’s worth confirming when booking if that’s important to you. For their part, the Robert Paul agency was professional in all their communications, making arrival, stay and departure all easy and clear. Overall we’d definitely stay here again."

"The kitchen is not for gourmet cooks, & it is too bad the dining area does not open to the spectacular view, but the house is roomy, the deck view is gorgeous & you are in a quiet setting, close to downtown Wellfleet. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Amazing water views especially from the master bedroom upstairs. This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house. "
