「Nice quiet location in Wellfleet harbor. Enjoyed the sunset views and the tides coming in and out, saw some seals and my baby enjoyed collecting shells on the sand. The home itself is old and vintage for sure which I understand, but needs a deep cleaning and new coats of paint on everything which left the appearance of some areas a bit off-putting and neglected. 「The staff were very nice and accommodating and were the best part of our stay. It’s right on the water and the access to the private beach was amazing. The only downside I would say would be some of the upkeep of the property feels like it is deteriorating. The indoor pool and hot tub were in rough conditions as well the bubbles that had brown spots several times. We also arrived to silverware and dishes that weren’t clean in the cabinets. 「I was here for a solo work trip and stayed for 10 days. The cottage was the perfect landing spot. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to spend more time there! It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen, impeccably clean and included comfortable bedding. Prime location, easy access, easy booking process and fabulous host communication. Will definitely book this place again… hopefully with the whole family next time. Thank you Jean for a wonderful stay!」
