Great location for the Tulip fields. Positive - comfortable rooms, bike rental on site, ten-pin bowling on site, friendly staff, great steam room and sauna. Negative - service slow in the bar, pool wasn't available to guests on Saturday morning because of swim lessons and aqua fit. Would stay again.

It was ok

The hotel was in the location I needed. The rooms were tired, no light near the desk area and the bathroom smelt of smoke. The food was good in the evening and the leisure centre was excellent if a little hot.

It a very old property that they don’t understand the meaning of hospitality. Just to say that I took 45 min just to check in because you could see they had no training. The area for the flower season is just breathtaking

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. There was a significant wait time at the hotel restaurant and was never even acknowledged at the bar, ended up eating offsite...disappointed. The room was very small but suitable however the bed was extremely hard, a bit like sleeping on the floor.

Great location vs hard beds

Great location, nice rooms, but the beds were much too hard. There were so many people that you had to wait in line to check in, like an airport baggage drop, and you needed a reservation just to eat dinner without going out. But everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly. If only because of the comfort and being able to sleep properly, I'd look somewhere else.

It would be nice if there were local bus service to local towns, though there seemed to be short-term problems during our stay. The rooms are not serviced: even when I asked for clean sheets and towels for a different friend staying with me, these were not provided

Betaald voor superior. Standaard kamer gekregen. Geen geld terug gekregen. Voor NH waar we vaker komen zijn we dit niet gewend. We wachten nu nog op restitutie aangezien we ipv een luxe kamer een simpel, oude staat kamer kregen. Geen probleem. Maar dan ook wel de prijs berekenen voor standaard en niet voor superior. Hopelijk kan Expedia als tussenpersoon hier iets in doen.
