The Intan

Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists

We liked the location of the hotel but had reservations about some of the things in the room, There was no wardrobe, only a hanging rail for our clothes which left them open to dust etc., and there were no drawers to store other clothes in. The toilet seat was hot! which we thought was unnecessary in a hot country so we asked for it to be turned off. The bath towels were very small, hardly went round you and the noise from building works went on all day from morning till night in the rooms very close to ours. Not convenient when you need a nap after a long overnight trip.

Poorly maintained. Broken showers. No warm water. Flooding drainage. Bed bugs.
