「The place is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But there were two issues: I awoke in the middle of the night to find that the blackout curtains didn’t work, which was an issue considering our room faced a well-lit parking lot. Also, we wanted to take the 7 am airport shuttle, but it was filled with a tour group so we would have had to wait half an hour, which was not feasible. So we had to pay an outrageous amount for a taxi.」

「A wonderful surprise. I booked this hotel based on customer feedback and the proximity to my workplace. The place was amazing for a small hotel. The room was cozy and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Breakfast is better than those offered by some more famous brands. The only negative part is the lack of an elevator (it's a two-storey hotel). Could be difficult for older adults or those with several bags and/or kids. Other than that, an amazing place to stay. 」

「Amazing room ! Amazing amenities ! But the front desk that recurve was definitely not customer service-y but the Mornin after that I checked out, the gentleman was better . Definitely could use a little more politeness and dedication and cheerfulness to receive guests.」
