“Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But……

“I like the spacey room, but The Hotel is overpriced Kitchen pots were not stainless steel but rather cheep Teflon-like with PTFE coating. Water damaged base board in bathrooms. The chairs at the table were all stained and dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken off and not replaced. No bottled water as the Expedia app showed and no Bathtub. Blinds didn't work in the first room and chain attachment broken. Mold in shower. The second room, every time we entered smelled like mildew. The……

“The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. “The room was clean.A few things needed to be fixed and the owner was alerted. There are no dish towels and no shampoo or shower extras so know to bring your own. I always do. The apartment was comfortable and bed was comfortable as well. The host/owner was welcoming and easy to contact and quick to respond.”

“There is no parking other than street parking. The one lot close by is under construction so you just have to make sure you get a spot and keep paid up. Otherwise the property was exactly as advertised!”
