“Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay.”

“The location was excellent, 1 min from the heart of the old down town Quebec City and 2 min walk to Citadel. My husband, daughter and I loved this trip and it was soooo good for the soul. The property was on a quiet, safe street. The parking lot was a 7 min. walk away at town hall - not ideal but we parked the car for 3 days as we walked everywhere and were able to unload at the property door, without hassle. The breakfast was made by a chef at the property and the first morning was an omelet……

"The hotel staff were helpful and kind, breakfast was good but there weren’t many options to choose from. The hotel room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom lacked furniture to place our stuff, and the kitchen only had a single pot and no bowls. The overall experience with the staff was great and the room was comfortable, it was just the functionality of the room that could be improved."
