"Bad start with very tough beef strogonoff but recompensed without debate. Clean and comfortable but dining chairs could do with re padding. Tough 9 hole golf but swimming pool has limited capacity and I missed out. Good breakfast.Useful location near Railway station and plenty parking. Just needs more a bit more effort but enjoyable."

"A clean and comfortable house, within easy walking to all amenities in Sheringham. There was a good choice of places to eat in the town. The coast hopper bus provided easy access to the lovely beaches towards Wells, which we found particularly useful as we preferred to walk, cycle or take the bus rather than drive anywhere. We found a parking place almost opposite the house on arrival and then left it there until we departed. It did seem that parking spaces were occasionally not available. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house."

"Clean house but missing microwave for 3 days .Bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t stop here again purely due to the difficulty in gaining access. It was down a very narrow alley which you couldn’t get down if someone was parked on the road opposite as there was no way to swing round.We were woken up at 7.30 every morning with the shop getting their fruit delivery ."

"The property was everything it promised to be. Thoroughly clean and well cared for, everything worked as it should and the accommodation was well equipped and spacious. Having not 1 but 2 parking spaces and in a perfect location was exactly what I wanted, although I only needed 1 parking space. The only slight criticism I could say is that the mattress was a bit worn, one could feel the springs, but it didn't stop me getting a good night's sleep despite the hot weather. Would definitely book again if able."
