“Lovely hotel and the rooms are large and very functional. My only issue was that the hotel was loud due to the highway being near. I was unable to sleep until after 1130 due to trucks on the roadway.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel……

“Everything was perfect about our stay. Totally blown away by how perfect everything was extending right out into the town. There is the coolest community of wonderful people there and they are making it feel almost Hollywood perfect town feel. Can’t say enough good about everyone I talked to seemed so upbeat and happy. Yes this hotel is thee perfect home base for a great vacation”

“This is a nice hotel for the price. I stayed there almost 3 weeks. The staff were super friendly and the room service was top notch. For the price you can’t beat it.”

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“I’ll start with the good. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Some of the staff were kind and helpful. Tia, Rony and Kaleb were the most helpful The not so good We stayed here in the same room for two weeks and five days. Because we extended our stay, though we stayed in the same room, we had to ask to have our sheets changed. That happened on our ninth day, ONLY because I had to ask three times. Dishes- two plates two saucers two juice glasses and two “full” sized glasses. One butter……

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.”

“The room had an odd smell to it but we were only there for one night and out most of the time. Otherwise for the price, it’s a great stop. ”
