「Lovely hotel and the rooms are large and very functional. My only issue was that the hotel was loud due to the highway being near. I was unable to sleep until after 1130 due to trucks on the roadway.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

「I booked 5 nights for my family to stay while in town for an athletic event. I must say that I have never seen such an unsanitary environment in a hotel. First, the carpet was horribly stained, there were blood stains on the shower curtain and hairs stuck to the shower wall, the room had an odor, the room keys had to be reprogrammed numerous times, the pool was out of order (in June! ). I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel! The breakfast was surprisingly good!」

「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」
