"The room was in good condition. The staff at breakfast was terrible, just ignored us, they profile you, if you look like them, they ignore you, had to call the manager. We are New Yorkers (originally from South America), I believe that's the way they treat Indian nationals. They needed to be trained to respect all races."

"One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!"
