"This location is overall a wonderful experience! The staff will get you what you need with out even needing to ask. I’m inly dissatisfied with my room, there was hair in the tub and bed so that was disappointing. But everything else was amazing!"

"El hotel esta muy bien cuidado. Todo limpio, los baños muy aseados y todos los productos de aseo basicos de muy buena calidad, la habitación muy confortable y comoda , bien iluminado. Con servicio de wifi , un desayuno bueno, bien organizado, con estacionamiento en la propiedad. El staff atento pero no habla español, pero nos ayudo ya que no hablo ingles para hacerse enterder. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para las personas que quieran tener un acceso rápido y al frente de lo outlets premiun de houston, por de lo contario esta un poco retirado otros lugares de interés."

"It was surprising to return back to our room that Friday evening, and find our room still cleaned and dirty towels still on the floor. I guess in the very fine print it states that they don’t clean the rooms daily. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and polite, some areas for improvement, but because they were so nice we could disregard the other things that were a little discombobulated."

"Clean room, quiet Great staff Breakfast is for an additional fee nothing provided complimentary. Except coffee but it’s removed at 930-10am. Not available complimentary throughout day like other hotels. Very safe parking area"
