Before our arrival, Denise, the host was responsive to all my questions within an hour. There was plenty of room for for the 9 of us to spread out and the common areas were wonderful for us all to be together. We are saving this property and will definitely stay there again. “The condo was clean and felt new on the inside. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were well stocked. The view on the patio was very nice and the table/chairs outside were clean and felt new. We only stayed one night and it was extremely quiet. Grounds were well kept and pool was nice. We had to sign a contract before staying (first time i experienced that on vrbo). But I didn’t mind and would probably do the same if i were a vrbo owner. We have stayed on lake Conroe before, and this was……

“We were two families with young children. The house is perfectly located on Lake Conroe and made for a fun weekend for all. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, boat rental, and sunsets from the deck. The house is well situated with two living spaces and separate space for the kids. Overall we were very pleased.”

“We wanted a fun place for the boys to get together to get ready for Prom and then hang out for a weekend together on the lake. While the lake was closed due to recent weather, these guys did not let it dampen their trip. The house was a perfect setup for all of them to room together downstairs and my husband to be in master upstairs off the kitchen. The house had everything we needed including immediate lake access for the boys to do some night fishing and swimming. The house had plenty of games……

“Great clean place to have peace and quit time inside secured comunity buildings . The only thing we miss is beach to swim as they close most beaches and my family could not swim in the lake but the used the Public pool.I recommend the place to people who seek rest and quite time.”
