"This was an anniversary trip for me and my husband and everything went smoothly. Check in was available early, staff was helpful directing us on available amenities and offering us directions, maps, and complimentary water bottles. The whole property is pristine and feels like another world with the serenity it offers."

"We had a death in the family and the host was absolutely wonderful in terms of re-accommodating our dates. We also had to leave a day early and we were refunded for one night. In general, the owners are very responsive, will allow early check in whenever possible, and the villa is immaculate and so comfortable. We always stay here and will continue to do so every time we go to Seabrook."

"We loved the Dunlin! The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are lovely. We rode bikes around the property and had an excellent time! The afternoon tea was a bit overpriced for what was served, but we still enjoyed it. I would like to mention that the room rate we chose made reference to a soaking tub and separate shower and this was not the case; we only had a shower. It was a great shower! But just know that the descriptions here are not always accurate and we were a bit disappointed."

"We had a fabulous stay on Seabrook Island! The lodgings were so spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. Lovely creek view from the back deck which we enjoyed during breakfast! Easy drive to freshfield village for groceries and dinner and to Kiawah for golf, etc. would absolutely stay again!"

"The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit."

"Communication with the property manager was great. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal when I first arrived. She sent somebody out. Problem resolved! Evidently the renters before me had prepared seafood. Everything else was extremely clean. The only other big worry I had was underneath the house where you must park. It was very dark and in order to get any lights turned on you have to walk well into the dark carport to find a wall switch. This was a great concern to me and I hope that this matter is quickly resolved as well. Thank you! "
