“There was a mix up. I was charged twice for the room. The money they charged was refunded. The TV seemed Internet based. I had trouble trying to go to certain channels. The had a nice amenity, such as free drinks, like cappuccino and soda at the Convenience store next door. They were genuinely nice and tried to make their guests feel welcomed.”

“The building is just magnificent with a really historical vibe. Beautiful in every way really. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a couple of things......our room had no facility for making tea or coffee or hot water. Didn't think to check on booking as I assumed this was kind of standard. “This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. “Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. “Had a wedding nearby and decided to make a small weekend getaway of it. Sweet Cane Inn looked appealing so I was able to book a room. Charming house and the owners are great people. Enjoyed a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies on the large front porch before we left for the wedding. One of the real treats was the home cooked breakfast served in the morning, all prepared by the innkeeper Cindy. She does an amazing job. Highly recommend this great Inn for your next getaway.”

“We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile.
