"Staff was excellent in every way throughout our 4 night stay. I hate to name specific people, because each one was A+. However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."

"The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for enough bath towels for each guest in the room multiple times. Mattresses are very comfortable. The room was a great size and our room was clean but the hallway outside our room was very dirty."

"The pool and spa were very nice amenities. Room was pretty clean and cold for good sleep. The staff were friendly and offered details about marriot amenities. The breakfast buffet was yummy!"

"Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever."

"Absolutely incredible experience. The location of the hotel was on the strip in front of the beach. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was attentive to every need, including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and aloe vera. I am a critical traveler and I give this place a solid 5 stars."
