"Room was fairly clean. Carpets could use a little washing, had a room with a balcony view facing the ocean, which was nice however due to the upcoming concert event most of the time all you heard was construction early in the morning and all day. Ocean & pool very nice but not enough staff on many days as we had to get our own chairs and was never asked if we wanted any , food , drink or an umbrella. Bar staff outside were awesome. Stayed for five days and we did have to seek out extra towels, toilet paper and coffee would’ve been nice at some point if somebody came by and offered those amenities. I just think for a $45 day resort fee would’ve had access access to better amenities and staffing. The food was pretty good a little pricey, however one of the bartenders at the inside bar was not really unpleasant and at that point when he was working we preferred to go eat elsewhere."

"From the beginning to the end everything went so smooth, I loved the self check in and check out option personally for checking out it was perfect, the employee who checked me in was so nice and helpful and I noticed there was support available to him if he needed help it was good to witness the lever of care ! The bar was so beautiful, the pool is very cute too and clean. The gym was nice kept and "

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
