"Upon entering our room, we discovered that the toilet was backed up and wouldn't flush. It’s never the first thing you want to deal with after a long day of travel, and honestly, my initial reaction was to be pretty annoyed. I called the front desk, and I have to give them credit—they were incredibly professional. A maintenance technician arrived at our door in less than 10 minutes. He was polite, wore shoe covers to keep the room clean, and had the issue resolved in about five minutes. Aside from that initial hiccup, the room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city."

There is half glass door of shower room which I never been in other places . Everything just for saving the budget of this hotel and to earn more money for guests. Staff’s general qualification is rude. In general cheap provide according to bad service , that’s it. "
