“This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

“We had an amazing vacation in the Keys and truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very comfortable, the beds were clean, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We also loved the location—it was convenient and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was seeing so many deer around the property, which made the experience even more special. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if guests staying for a week or longer could receive housekeeping service at least twice……

“Property is in an ideal location. Very clean. I was not a fan of the digital key, but there was an option to get a real key card. Pool is lovely and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job. We stayed for 6 nights. Considering what we paid, it would have been nice to be allowed one room refresh by housekeeping during the week, which I requested but was told no. I was told to walk to the office for toilet paper/towels, etc, which is fine but considering what we paid, stocking enough toilet paper……

“Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean, grass was well maintained, and everything was as described or shown in the photos. Jonathan, the property manager, was very quick with answering any questions we had arise. The pool was clean and very refreshing in the crazy Florida heat. The view of the lake was very peaceful and relaxing.”
