"My partner and I loved this property! It was cute and the internet was great, we both loved the shower as well! Like other reviews said the rooms are a little small and breakfast was light, but we didn't pick this place for the amenities we wanted the atmosphere. I will say I think that at least the rooms closer to the shared spaces could use some sound proofing around the doors, we were in room 1 and could almost hear full conversations when people were making their breakfast or dinner, still we both loved this place and if we need a place to stay in lava we will be looking here first!"

"delightful staff. rooms are simply furnished and rough around the edges but the employees will do their best to fix it. our tv was locked on one channel and we couldn't figure out how to get it back to normal, and the kind lady at the front desk came over to try and help us fix it personally."

"Very nice happy hour and dinner. The hotel mngt appears to be working hard to keep the place nice. Customers need to remember it is a very old hotel so it has its quirks but we very much enjoyed our private hot springs soaks."

"Charming home nestled in trees. Paved driveway, so no mud. Kitchen was small for larger meal prep. Area rug under ping pong table was curled on all edges and was a tripping hazard. Suggest it be removed for safer walking. Host was super helpful!"
