「Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. 」

Happily surprised at the proximity of the property to beach access/shopping/great restaurants,etc. Short walk to the beach- able to catch a couple of beautiful sunrises. The property itself was immaculately clean, so thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent and directions for all things needed clear. 「This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

「Just what we needed. Beach, bike rides and fantastic seafood dinners in the Low Country. The condo was in the perfect location and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio before heading out to the beach. We will be back!」

「Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. It happens, but we look forward to...

「It was close enough to Coligny circle that we could walk to have dinner or listen to music. But far enough away that the craziness of Coligny beach.」

「The condo was just remodeled! The Owner provided beach chairs and a beach wagon for our use which was an added bonus. The owner was also a very good communicator. It is a quiet community that includes amenities and you never have to leave the grounds if you do not want to.」
