The Village’s March 2024

Friendly neighborhood, close to community pool. Golf cart a plus. Very clean comfortable 3 bedroom home. Would definitely stay there again. Close to all things we wanted to do. Market Square and Brownwood Square and numerous golf courses !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice house in a good location. It was well outfitted with plenty of storage space. We liked the sunroom, with very comfortable furniture, and patio out back. I would recommend repair of the chaise lounge on the patio, new, better fitting sheets for the king bed (one sheet even had a hole in it from years of use), and some teaspoons for the kitchen. The laundry is located in the garage and, though it worked fine, I would prefer the washer, dryer, and laundry tub be located inside the house. The garage is really too small to house both a car and the golf cart though we did manage. The neighborhood is lovely with clean, quite surroundings and well cared for properties. It provides a lovely place to go for a walk. The neighbors we met were also very nice and welcoming.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived and found the home clean and comfortable.There was a problem with the washer and it was dealt with by the owner thru the property manager. We loved the golf cart but were disappointed in no grill. overall the kitchen was well stocked! We loved the proximity to the pool and the neighbors were awesome.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was not ready for visit. Hot water, ice machine, bedroom tv were not available when I arrived. I can’t say the home was dirty, but clearly it had not been cleaned in many months. Management company responded quickly to my concerns, but I don’t know why it wasn’t ready in advance
