Virginia Trace

The location is excellent. It is very close to an adult pool and to Sumpter Landing. The villa is well equiped and has a nice screened porch. They even have bikes to ride, in addition to the golf cart. It is a little over-decorated and shows some wear and tear, but that did not impact our experience.

Fun at The Villages!

We had a great time. The Villages is a wonderful place to visit and the location of this property was perfect. Very close to Lake Sumpter Landing Square. Great restaurants and shopping. always something fun to do. Tis is the quietest house we have ever stayed in.

Needs a deep clean

There was so much dander in the place that my allergies went crazy. I vacuumed the carpets multiple times, and each time the vacuum canister was full. It was so bad it felt like my body was swollen. On top off this, the appliances were about 20 years old and didn’t have the quality of life I’d expect when renting a VRBO. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable, and likely old as well.

1172 Burton Ln Issues.....

Upon arrival, toilets were both black throughout causing a bad odor. House was very dusty and floors needed swept. I swept the floor and cleaned the toilets. Also, both wall clocks had dead batteries, thermostat needs a service check - we set it on 70 and the temperature soared up to 78 degrees many nights. Kitchen scissors are broken and there is no pizza cutter and no cake/roasting pan. Location was great! Maryann

Would highly recommend annual air vent cleaning as the dust appeared immediately after cleaning, and the Tommy Bahama wall decor including the plastic plants need thorough cleaning. We do plan to return and hope this issue will be addressed along with our request to repair the inoperable front burner on the stove.

I always look for comfortable furniture and this one was great! Pans in kitchen pretty cheap and warped but we dealt with it, really only cooked breakfast. There really needs to be a dresser in bedroom, if you took out the chair in MB you could put in a small chest of drawers. Hard to find a place for clothes for a long term stay. It was clean and a great place to hang out. Great location...close to Lake Sumter Landing, 20 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride. Close to lots of golf courses too. Had a great time would highly recommend!
