"The location was fabulous!! We rented and enjoyed a pontoon boat for the week and docked it across from the house. We all swam in the lake - right there! Weather was superb, wineries are great. Penn Yan has a cute little main street with a good coffee shop. The house had lots of room for the family to gather as well as get private space. We would absolutely rent this property again. "
