「Having a beachfront room was the highlight of our stay—the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, everything else was mediocre at best. When we first entered our room, a large wall mirror had fallen off and shattered, blocking our entrance. The front desk responded promptly and cleaned up the broken glass, but because the hotel was sold out, we couldn't be moved to another room. 「I stayed there from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. The hotel and hallways were quite unsanitary and had an unpleasant odor, just like the rooms. Towels and toiletries were very scarce—only a roll of used toilet paper was provided, along with a single bar of soap. The TV remote was broken at the bottom, and the internet connection was terrible.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and access to the beach was great. The room was OK, sleeping area was very clean, however the bathroom was very small you could hardly move in it and the tub had some yucky mold.」
