“Everything was clean, and breakfast and pool were excellent”

“Everything was fairly clean. Both elevators were broken and we needed to use the stairs. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to know before booking.”

“Only thing I liked was that it was quiet. Really upset that there was no coffee maker and asked the staff if there was a place close by to get coffee or food as was told no. Next morning I leave and see a McDonald’s within walking distance! TV didn’t work-found out it was unplugged. Only channel was sponge bob☹️ Asked the staff to help me with the tv. He was only able to get sports or YouTube which I told him was unacceptable! He got a call from someone who wanted to rent a room and he takes……

“这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。”

“Room wasn't all that clean, pool closed, when showering water smelt, shower handles broken, hard to turn on and off water, you burned yourself, one staff incredibly rude about my kids getting waters for all of us i paid for 3 nights there was four of us 1 water per person so i wasnt able to get a water ...they were getting it for me and my other child. Fridge was freezing all my drinks and food. Remote to TV did not work. You serve breakfast but its always the same nothing different. Will not be……

“Breakfast is an extra charge. Used soap in bathrooms. No cream or half n half. Only tap water for drinking. No ice. Home is beautiful. Hostess very friendly.”
