“Great location. The apartment is great. We love Annecy and the location was right in the middle of all the action. Close to the train station and busses, so a car is not necessary. We rode bikes along the lake and also rented a boat and went around the lake. This all with walking distance, so no car needed. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole check in process. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.”

“Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your……
