Rooms and hotel in general was very clean. Rooms were lovely bed comfortable shower was tight but did the job. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Staff couldn’t do enough for you definitely stay here again

Beyond expectations.

Stayed at the Briar Dene for just 1 night and it was fabulous. My wife and I Also had dinner which was delicious, can definitely recommend the lamb. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. Will be back soon.

Very comfortable stay

I had a great three night stay, everyone was very friendly and made me very welcome. Also three size of cooked breakfast, I chose the medium on the first morning and I struggled with that. Overall a very nice stay, thank you. John H

VISITING FAMILY

Myself and my partner have been coming to Cleveleys now for 5 years, and always stay at the Brierdene, the hosts, food, rooms, area situated all fantastic. 5 star ***** if anything, I would wish for is a slightly bigger TV in the room as our eyesight is not great, and also bring back the coffee machines please x will still use this hotel no matter what when visiting family

Lovely welcome from Sandra on reception . Nicely decorated room although very small. Fantastic breakfast great value although extra to room rate and all staff so friendly and helpful. Close to beach within walking distance. Would recommend. Thank you.

Staff friendly and helpful, good parking, nice clean room. Below room 17 there was a continuous humming sound from a fan or aircon,Then about 0815, the humming sound increased about 5 times louder.

Cool room

Had a lovely cool room in a heatwave. Very much appreciated. My single room was adequate with a single bed and easy chair. Bathroom was immaculate with shower gel shampoo and conditioners in the shower. Very nice stay.

Briadene just brill.....!

The visit and over night stay was very very good, hotel and staff were very accommodating. Bed was comfy, big tick in box for my wife as she rarely sleeps when away. We were aware there was a Christmas function on however, understood they could provide a table for us in the dining room, however this was not the case on our arrival; but plenty of places to eat out so not an issue. TV in room 17 a tad small, overall a great place to stay and we will return as we love to take our dogs for long walks in fleetwood and visit the Dockside to purchase sea food.

We found hotel quite expensive for what it is, and in need of a facelift. Lounge area was not very inviting and furniture had seen better days. The staircase up to rooms is a challenge if you have a large case or not great on your feet. Although the room was clean it was very small, ok if on a short stay but wouldn't like to be in it for much longer. Breakfast was good and made to order. Staff were very welcoming, there is parking but it is limited especially if hotel full. Location is ok near to the centre and to the sea front and on direct tram route into Blackpool.

The property was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly helpful and professional.The only problem I found was that I am a light sleeper and need a very dark bedroom, and although there was a blind at the bedroom window the curtains did draw to adequately.

High standard hotel for cost. Clean and comfortable with a number of unexpected benefits. Breakfast was exceptional, cooked to perfection with good quality ingredients. Very good value for money.

Brilliant staff and facilities. However , the occupants of the room next to me , didn't close their door properly, which I discovered later. This at 4.55 am activated the door alarm which didn’t go off till I went for breakfast at 9.30 , unable to go to sleep from 4.55 am. Nobody on reception at 6,7, 8 or 9am to deactivate the faulty alarm!!!!
