The house came with everything the 9 of us needed, including towels for the hot tub and plenty of games for the kids. We were very happy to find an EV charger since there were limited choices in town. Overall the house was clean and very comfortable.

Perfect VRBO for Sequoia and Kings Canyon vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Harmony Ranch provided a lovely home base for our crew. It was a fun place to hang out during our downtime, super kid, teen, and pet friendly.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. We had plenty of space for 5 adults to sleep and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner. We used the hot tub, grill, and fire pit in the evening and it was very relaxing! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great house for visiting Sequoia

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Harmony Ranch and can recommend it to visit Sequoia NP as a group. The house is clean, spacious and well maintained. The game room is awesome to hang out with friends and play games. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hot tub for 2 nights, but the host was very responsive and helped us to resolve the issue.

Perfect booking for large families

The home was huge. Plenty of space for family ages 2 to 76! Everything worked well no issues with check in process pizza place and market just 5 minutes away. The backyard was spacious we didn’t use the hot tub but it was working well and looked inviting just didn’t have enough time. Plenty of towels coffee teas and even cooking oil which made breakfast a breeze. Kids had more fun here than at Sequoias. Little ones loved discovering the secret little room which I had no idea not sure if it was advertised. Such a sweet place for families Don’t hesitate Book it!!!

Last minute booking

I had another booking reserved but they canceled my reservation due to a broken pipe. I found this listing and they accommodated us. The house was clean and it was a lot bigger then the pictures show. My kids loved the under the staircase reading room and the game room in the attached garage.

A lackluster experience

The check in process for the house was easy and straightforward. The house provided ample space for my family. On the first evening, after using the downstairs bathroom shower, the shower and toilet clogged. We started to see “stuff” come up in the bathtub and about 2 hours later realized that we had a tub full of leeches. I immediately called the host number that was available on the app. The person I spoke to was helpful and said he would notify someone else. He encouraged for me to communicate only thru the app. We waited 3 hours before we heard back from anyone. A plumber fixed the problem the next day but we discovered that leeches were still present under the bathtub mat. Not one of my 3 kids had any interest in using this bathroom so our whole family would use the upstairs bathroom and shower for the remainder of our trip. Not fun at all! The outdoor temperature during our stay was 107. We kept the AC running but found that it constantly turned off and liked to remain in the 78-80 region. Every single night I would wake up to turn the AC back on because it would turn itself off regardless of the temp set. The central AC was not reliable. We have frequented many VRBO properties and found this experience to be the worst one. Our rate was ~$350 and feel very strongly that the property needs TLC for that price. We had a great time in the national park but our stay could have been a lot better. My kids journaled about the trip and labeled this property as the leech house.

the place was very clean and modern with big and comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. The Market is like a 6 min drive, and 20min to sequoia entrance.

This house was wonderful for my family (two adults, 5 kids ages 7-16). It was very comfortable and full of fun things for my kids to do when the rain disrupted our plans to go to Kings Canyon. The game room is amazing, and so is the yard, with the covered area for playing and/or lounging. The activities at the house (board games, puzzles, corn hole, arcade, shuffle board, etc), provided hours of fun for our whole family and the home was a great space from which to go and explore. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful (going above and beyond to ship an item we couldn't take home).. Highly recommend!!

When we first arrived, the property felt spacious and offered more than we expected in terms of amenities. However, the lack of cleanliness made it difficult to feel truly comfortable during our stay. Some cosmetic updates—like touch-up paint and repairs to walls and doors—would go a long way in improving the overall experience.Unfortunately, discovering mouse droppings and encountering a live critter in the game room early in our visit was unsettling and contributed to our lower rating. The game room and that bedroom were unusable after this discovery. Communication with owner was they would have their pest company look into it, but no one came by. There is a doggie door open on the door which allows mice to come and go freely. Also, food was left in the game room fridge.On a positive note, we really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the hot tub, and the dining room was a highlight. One safety concern: the raised lip between the dining and living room should be clearly marked, as it poses a tripping hazard, particularly for older guests. Communication was EXCEPTIONAL before our stay and better prepared us for what to grab at the store before we left Fresno. Note that it took 1-1/2 hours to drive the windy roads into the parks each direction every time we went to hike. With a 7 night stay, we just found balance.

"can we stay here forever" asked my toddler

7 of us spent a long weekend at this property and had a most relaxing time. The location was perfect (we were visiting Sequoia National Park and this was 10 minutes form the main entrance to the Park) and we enjoyed the small town feeling of Three Rivers. The property was clean, large, everything worked, it was well stocked and had lots of games indoor and outdoor. Our toddlers loved the "harry potter room" under the staircase, while our teenage friend enjoyed the jaccuzi. There was plenty of sleeping areas (more than what the photos offer) all with comfortable beds. The only surprise was that the weather in Three Rivers was 30 degrees warmer than in the Park itself.

Great Place to Stay (read more for more than 7 people staying)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Three Rivers except for the air conditioning in two rooms. The location was good, and we loved the fire pit and spa. We were a group of five adults (two couples) and two children. The garage game room and the bedroom past the garage were both to hot to use. The air conditioning was unable to cool those two rooms enough to be comfortable. The couple trying to use that bedroom could not sleep in there. If the weather was cooler I am sure the rooms would have been fine.
