You’ll be 10 minutes driving from Sequoia National Park, have easy access to restaurants and shops, and be able to enjoy the serenity of a modernized home nestled in a cozy community.

Start your day with coffee while taking in the sunrise. Make a lovely meal after a day outside and enjoy it with the views. We hope you take wonderful memories home with you!

Common Spaces: Lounge in the vaulted living room and listen to the fire crackle in the fireplace. Play a game or read a book over a glass of wine before stepping into the welcoming kitchen to make a delicious meal to share. Enjoy all of this with majestic views directly into Sequoia National Park, including views of Moro Rock and Alta Peak.

Bedrooms: Choose from the master suite with private bathroom, the front room with patio access, or the sunroom with views, each with a queen bed. If you need an additional bed, one of the sofas in the living room converts into a Full mattress.

Work & Play: Each room has a desk and chair if you need to squeeze in some work while you play. Knock out work on fast 300 Mbps Wifi service.

Outdoor Deck: Step outside and pull up a chair to enjoy views of the park. Watch the sunrise over the mountains on our back patio to the east and catch the sunset on the front deck to the west. Stargaze into the late evening in the hot tub. Catch a glimpse of deer, quail, and other wildlife.

Outdoor Attractions: 10 minutes driving to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, 15 minutes driving to Lake Kaweah recreation areas, and 10 minutes walking to Skyline Loop and Salt Creek Falls Trail.

Grocery and Dining: 10 minutes driving to restaurants and shops in Three Rivers. Start with a cold brew at Sequoia Coffee Co before you go into the park. Cool off at Three Rivers Frozen Yogurt after a day outdoors. Sip a craft beer at Three Rivers Brewing. Enjoy dinner by the river at Ol’Buckaroo or grab groceries at the Village Market before heading back for an evening in.

Wildlife Safety: Three Rivers is a natural area and many animals live here, including snakes, deer, and black bears. Please keep an eye on kids while at the house, close doors as you come and go, and don’t leave food and drink outside. This will attract animals to the property.

Septic Waste: This home is on a septic waste system, which only takes toilet paper and natural waste. Please don’t flush anything else down the toilet. We unfortunately have to bill guests for damages from mis-use.

TV / Streaming: The Samsung TV has all major streaming services available. Feel free to log into your account and watch what you'd like! Don't forget to log out of your account when you check-out.

Sound System: There are Sonos speakers you can use for music throughout the home. Simply log onto the home's wifi network and connect via Airplay.

Air Conditioning: The main A/C for the home is controlled by a Nest thermostat by the main entrance. There is also a smaller A/C unit for the sunroom with a remote control.
