「Hello,
I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to request compensation for the issues we experienced during our recent stay.
We were first assigned room 216, and upon entering, we found someone already sleeping inside. This was an uncomfortable and concerning situation, especially since it resulted from being given the wrong room.
We were then moved to room 222, which unfortunately had additional problems. The room had a strong humid odor, and there was not enough toilet paper provided.

「Nothing for breakfast except coffee.
Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway.
Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night.
Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer.
People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related.
I will NOT stay at this hotel again.」
