"We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel! We are at the hotel every day, which was very easy after days of adventure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As previous reviews say there is a hill to walk up but we did not find it difficult however if mobility is limited a car would be necessary. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "

The location was incredible -- you are right by the train station and in the middle of all the action. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Kreuz & Post. Highly recommend and will be back!"

"We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ordering room service was a breeze and the food was wonderful. We had the buffet breakfast and it to lo was very good. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome cocktail at the bar across the street. I would highly recommend Hotel Krone and will definitely stay there again. "
