"Our stay at Hotel Mürren Palace was truly unforgettable.The location is breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning Swiss Alps, with incredible views that make every moment feel magical. Our luxury suite with a hot tub was another outstanding highlight.The suite was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and filled with lovely details, including beautiful dishes and elegant touches throughout.It felt luxurious, comfortable, and very special. A special thank you to **Pedra** at the front desk for her warm, kind, and professional hospitality\. She was always smiling, handled every request with ease, and solved any problems quickly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The housekeeping team was also wonderfull.They were so kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and they kept the suite spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and lunch was also very enjoyable.A special thank you to **Leda**, who was incredibly helpful, lovely, and attentive during breakfast and lunch\. Her warm service made every meal even more pleasant Another unforgettable highlight was the wonderful **violin team**Their beautiful performances created an elegant and magical atmosphere that truly made us feel like we were staying in a real palace\. From the outstanding service and luxurious suite to the amazing location, fantastic food, spotless cleanliness, and unforgettable ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations.Highly recommended.we cannot wait to return"

"this hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to both the interlaken west and interlaken ost train statioins, as well as the harder kulm. restaurants, shops, groceries & activities all close and easy to get to. no A/C in the ground floor lobby or storage area. but oh yea! A/C in the room! very clean & comfortable, unfortunately only 1 big towel and 1 small towel. at the front desk simon was SO helpful with information about activities, directions, storage for my things while waiting for my room and on the day of departure. clearly a safe area - definitely a great choice!"

"If you have hiked all day and you stay here get ready for a 12 min hike from the bus stop steep uphill so rent a car or suck it up Or a 16 min hike from the station steep also The location of this place is not ideal it’s in the mountains in the outskirts with not much food or groceries around I booked the room with air conditioning and there was no ac it said it was broken The place is cute on a hill and very quiet rooms are kind of outdated but clean bed was comfy and if you leave the windows open a nice breeze comes in The staff was extremely nice and helpful like they were the nicest people in all of Switzerland and finally it was some well needed rest after doing some crazy hikes near the area"
