「Great location for lakeside shopping centre. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Room is on the small side fine for a night but would struggle for longer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower and decent toiletries. WiFi is really poor just hitting 1mb! Had to use phone data to watch firestick. 」

「I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. My room was a treat: clean, bright, and airy, with a fabulous rainforest shower and super comfy bed. And wow, the food! Every dish was delicious, I wanted to take the chef home with me! There were loads of activities to keep me busy, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.」

「Filthy, someone else’s hair in the bed, staff arguing until 1am, freezing cold and shower did not work. 」

「I didn t need any activities because I was there for family events. Nice place to stay. Lovely host. We really enjoy staying there.」

「Clear communication with the host, check in was smooth. We had 3 cars, parking was free. Great value for money, not too expensive as there were 8 of us that stayed at the house. Good enough size garden, nice interior decor. Overall, stay was quite good, I’d stay here again.」
