“Good”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Convenient and easy to find right off the highway. The room was clean, amenities are available at the front desk, and a small convenience shop in the lobby has food if it’s super late when you check in. The elevator was broken so had to haul everything upstairs. There’s nothing really to walk to around the hotel, you need a car.”

“Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Olympia for one night while traveling for work. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which was exactly what I needed after a long day. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, and the room was well kept. Parking was convenient and the property felt modern and secure. Overall, a solid stay and I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Olympia for work.”

“The room & communal bathroom were both immaculate. The evening bartender was super attentive & the new-to-me drink a delicious suggestion. However, I tried to order breakfast the following morning (9 am) & there was no staff to be found for seating or ordering so I finally left for the cafe across the parking lot.”
