「Great place right on the ocean with amazing views, easy access to the beach and an outdoor fire pit. There is a fenced yard for our dog. Three useable bedrooms.. two baths. We created great memories. Deck and fence and front stairs are a bit rough… inside the home was clean and lovely. 」

Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect」

「This was the best choice we could have made. Hidden gem here. With a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the bay this could be one of the nicest places in Newport to stay.」

「Beautiful property and home. Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen with appliances. The only problem is the hot water went out before we got there. Didn't know until we were ready to shower. We actually had to restart the water heater ourselves.」

「Very clean and love the view of the ocean. I did think they sure of cut the grass, and the weeds going up the stairs. But the place inside was great.」

「Very-very nice place on the beach, and the location was perfect. Private beach access was also a plus. Added bonus for our stay; the town of Waldport's professional fireworks show over the bay was most awesome, and you could see it right from the beach house balcony overlooking the bay. 」

「We had two families with grown children stay for a week. It had enough room for everyone and we really enjoyed the house. The kitchen is stocked well. The beds were comfortable. The short walk to the beach was really convenient. We had to run to the grocery store a few times and it was really close. Great location, clean, and comfortable. 」

"The staff is so nice and wonderful, but the room is really not good. The room has a musty smell. And, I ordered a balcony room for the beautiful beach view. However, many people just smoked at their balcony. I can’t really enjoy the view outside. I paid over $300 for one night. It is really not worth the price. "
