“The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. “El hotel es bueno, sus instalaciones son limpias, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la comida en los restaurantes tiene buen sabor. Realmente es un hotel a pie de playa privada. El único pero que le pongo y está fuera de las manos del hotel es la playa, realmente no es una playa linda.”

“Everything was amazing at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast food was buffet styled Colombian cuisine, which changed little everyday but was very delicious. The kids always had something to do, and the kids club was something they continuously requested to go back to. At the top of the building there’s a fantastic adults only pool and, a gourmet restaurant with a very ample and delectable menu. The hotel did not have its own transportation, so uber……
