“We reserved the Gulf front view balcony room which was far more expensive than the other rooms and there wasn't even a balcony you could go out on. We had bugs all over the kitchen area countertop, the shower/tub barely drained, the toilet you had to hold in order to even flush. Very disappointed for such a high rate resort. Will not be back. ”

Dinner on the gorgeous front porch, surrounded by hedges and palm trees, was such a lovely way to kick things off. The king-size pool balcony room was clean and nicely decorated, but our "poolside balcony" was more like looking at a brick wall—so next time, I’d choose a room further back from the front of the hotel.
