"I know it’s not their fault, but the smell was unreal on the property. It smelled like sewage so be prepared. You also need an ID to purchase a mini sprite. Overall, the staff is pretty accommodating and the location is great. It’s literally just the smell and the sprite issue that caused a problem. P.S. They also have a magical room phone, so use it to your advantage."

"We showed up and were supposed to be at the terraces and they told us they had “upgraded” us to the grove, they put us in a building with no view, the elevator was broken and the building was in extremely poor condition, broken tiles in the only other elevator in the wing. Very dirty, bird poop all over the place outside, insects in the hallways, everything smelled like weed all the time, it was 42 dollars for a vodka Diet Coke and a vodka Red Bull. These people are crazy thinking their resort can charge more than double the Disney Polynesian for drinks. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice and the room was good sized that they upgraded us to. I still would have rather stayed at the terraces. They did let us go over to the terraces pool and said we would have access to their workout room, but when we went to work out at 7am there was no one to let us in over there and when we went to their pool, it was full of kids despite supposedly being “adults only”. Very disappointed in our experience and extremely frustrated they didn’t even contact us before we arrived to tell us we wouldn’t be at the terraces. Again staff being nice is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. My girlfriend felt the same way. "

"Great locale, but the room and the hotel are in various stages of disrepair. Duct tape holding down carpets, HVAC didn't work (staff helped a little), sink leaked, no fridge, noisy halls with poor sound-proofing, and the elevators are controlled by a crazy set of panels that may or may not work. "
