“The room was just okay if you want to just have a sleep before you leave to continue on your trip then it'll be okay but for long-term stays I wouldn't recommend.
I had accidentally chosen a smoking room and it did stink of smoke but that's my own mistake won't happen again. the motel is Surely showing its age.”

“This property is in disrepair. Everything is so worn that it’s difficult to actually see if it’s clean. Front desk people were nice and helped with the washing machines but coverage was not 24 hours. We left 7:15 am and there was no one there. No coffee in the lobby like the Inverness location. Parking was plentiful as there were not many guests there. The room was quite bare of supplies, not even a box of tissues! We only stayed one night as it was a way point to traveling to southern FL. “The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean.
The host is very nice and accommodating.
My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”
