“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Geyser Lookout B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel so welcome. They live on site and are both very friendly, helpful, and clearly work very hard to ensure every guest has an excellent stay. Our room was wonderful, with a very large bathroom that felt very spacious. One of the highlights was having our own deck overlooking one of the active geysers at a distance. The breakfast……

“The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy. People talking over the mobile phone until midnight! There was no hair-dryer in the room so I had to borrow one from the reception. However, I was told all……

“Hallway light shines through sides of main door, tv was crap not even Freeview worked properly all channels and bathroom rotten scotia boards etc, and one morning heard room next door alarm going off. The money paid was disappointing”

“Very beautiful view which would be hard for us to leave the room. Very tranquil that what we only were able to hear is the birds singing. Very yummy meals and excellent staff and services. ”

“It's the year of 2024, I paid more than $300 and there's NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. Well, "electricity" is also not listed, and there's electricity, I'm so grateful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back.”

“Not well clean and tidy up the room as the glass still have stinks…….tea cup with some crystal stuff inside……. Bed is good and sleep well. Staff is cool and not showing up all the time. My fee is including Breakfast which is not the buffet one and you can choose one set in the menu. Location and car park is good. ”
