「The property looks nice but if you have elderly parents or disabled person do not stay here. this hotel does not have elevators there are stairs everywhere. I had to request another room because I booked a villa and my parents could not walk down all the stairs once I went into the room to my surprise it was a tri-level unit. Kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and the bedrooms are upstairs which you must climb with a narrow spiral staircase for the first bedroom then another spiral...

「El personal muy amable y las recámaras muy limpias. Mis hijos disfrutaron la piscina. Fue muy inconveniente para nosotros que Nada más ay una entrada por salida. Y el único elevador estaba inservible durante nuestra estancia. A mi prima mayor le tocó el cuarto piso y realmente fue muy difícil para subir y bajar por los escalones con equipaje.」
