Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The room was clean and designed perfectly. We were disappointed in the spa which was not working and the issues with the 2nd bathroom. I did speak to the maintenance person who was quite friendly and tried to correct the concern. However it required more. I also reached out to the contact person but nothing was referenced when she would respond to my messages. Again the place is amazing but if they could resolve the minor repairs in the restroom and the spa it would be perfect. I do intend to return in the future hopefully when I return it will be functioning perfectly.
