25th Wedding Anniversary

We got married at Las Rocas 25 years ago. We love visiting, but it's pretty run down. Staying here is a wonderful alternative. It's close enough for us to visit but this place is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and amenities are great.

What a view!

This is the one! The host was great. The views were amazing. It felt like it was just our apartment and the ocean. Mornings were spent sipping coffee and staring out into the vastness of the deep blue. The multiple pools and hottubs were picturesque once again highlighting the phenomonal location. It was a short uber ride to town. I'd definitely reccommend this place as Ill definitely be coming back!

Fun experience

We arrived at an earlier time, and we were able to check in. The host and the staff at the establishment guided us throughout the process. The room had an amazing view, and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointing from the pictures online. This property had no central AC or Heating, and the shower heads in the bathrooms were old and rusty, with no pressure, it felt like you were taking a shower with a hose. also there is exposed metal with a big hole from the master shower drain, I almost scraped my foot. Beds were uncomfortable and had scratchy sheets. The view was nice of the ocean, however, there is a row of demolished pile houses of right next to the property makes this place look run down.

A Slice of Paradise

The condo & area was exactly as depicted, it was absolutely amazing - we came for a short getaway for 2 nights and can't wait to return. The ocean view from the bedroom, livingroom and balcony was breathtaking, and the sunset was FIRE!!!

This place is great

The property is great but they do need to fix the access road because it is horrible and probably causes damage to all who travel over it. For the price owners paid to buy the road should be repaired.

Did not clean up after last person who stayed

Check in process was easy with the guards. However once entering the condo, none of the beds were made. They were still messy from previous guests. None of the trash was taken out and we were lucky enough to find towels. It’s a gorgeous place but was not ready for our arrival.
